To enhance the practical operation capabilities of our technical team for high-end equipment systems and boost efficiency in production and service processes, our company organized the "Renishaw Rotary Variable System + Siemens System Technical Application Specialized Training Session" at the Chongqing Shuitu Application Center on January 5, 2026. Core technical personnel, including electrical commissioning engineers from the Shanghai Factory, Yuxi Factory, and after-sales service division, participated in this training.
This training adopted a "theory + practice + discussion" format, focusing on improving practical application capabilities for equipment systems:
- Targeted Invitation of Professional Resources: Collaborated with technical teams from Renishaw (contact: Dou Zhi) and Siemens (contact: Sheng Yao) to deliver lectures on the core technologies of the two systems.
- Precise Coverage of Practical Scenarios: The content included technical discussions and problem-solving for the Siemens system, as well as full-process application of Renishaw products (laser positioning detection, rotary axis measurement, probe tool setter installation and calibration, 5-axis center setting, etc.), with simultaneous real-time technical exchanges and case reviews.
At the training site, technical personnel took equipment as the carrier — from disassembling hardware structures to debugging system parameters, and from practicing instrument operations to collaborating on problem-solving. They transformed theoretical knowledge into actionable operational capabilities, fully achieving the training goal of "integrating learning and application, promoting competence through practice".
